Quality Control
Strict guidelines and quality control are applied to all process from incoming raw material, injection process, assembly to packing. Each process is closely monitored to ensure they meet specific quality requirement.
QC department have its own equipment, including 2.5D Optical Comparator, Photoelectric Spectrocolorimeter and Microcalliper etc.
Quality assurance plan:

Inspection from IQC, FAI, IPQC and FQC
